Shipping and returns

Every hat is embroidered after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why a neighborhood can have its own design at all, and also why it is not next-day delivery.

How long it takes

Production takes about ten days before your hat ships. Transit inside the US is usually another two to five days after that. Plan on roughly two to three weeks door to door.

We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you at day nine.

What it costs

$4.49 for the first hat and $2.09 for each additional hat in the same order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship within the United States only right now.

Returns

If a hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to ship the damaged one back.

Because each hat is embroidered for one specific order, we cannot take returns for a change of mind. One size, adjustable snapback, so fit is rarely the problem.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. A package returned as undeliverable can be reshipped, but you will be charged shipping the second time.
